Vishwas Overseas boasts a state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to meet the highest standards of precision and quality. Our foundry is equipped with advanced casting facilities capable of producing a wide range of ductile and grey iron castings, supported by modern moulding, melting, and heat treatment systems. Complementing this, our CNC machine shop houses high-precision machines that ensure accurate machining of complex components. Together, the integrated foundry and machine shop enable seamless production from raw casting to finished component, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery for our clients.
Spectro Analysis
We have installed Spectrometer high-precision analytical instrument used for rapid and accurate chemical composition analysis of metals in the foundry. It helps to ensure that every batch of castings meets the required metallurgical specifications. With its advanced technology, the spectrometer enables reliable quality control, minimizing defects and maintaining consistency across production.
Induction Furnace – Zee Track
We have installed (01 Ton X 02 Nos) Induction Furnace – Make Inductotherm for precise melting of various grades of iron and alloys. It ensures uniform temperature control, superior metal cleanliness, and energy-efficient melting, enabling the production of high-quality castings. The furnace’s advanced technology supports consistent metallurgical properties, contributing to the reliability.
Core Making – No-bake, Cold Box & CO2.
We have in-house core making facilities for critical castings using advanced processes like No-Bake, Cold Box, and CO₂. Our core shop produces accurate and consistent cores that define internal cavities and intricate features of castings. Skilled craftsmanship combined with modern techniques ensures defect-free castings with complex geometries and performance of the final products.
Sand Plant (36 Tons/hr)
Sand plant is a key component of the foundry, providing high-quality moulding sand for casting production. Equipped with advanced sand preparation, mixing, and reclamation systems, the plant ensures consistent sand properties, optimal mould strength, and minimal defects. Efficient sand handling and processing support the production of precise, high-quality castings.
Arpa 450 & Apra 1300 Mould Machines
Our Jolt Squeeze moulding machines plays a crucial role in achieving precision and accuracy in casting moulds. These machines ensure uniform compaction of sand around the patterns, resulting in high-density, defect-free moulds that faithfully replicate intricate designs. By combining advanced technology with skilled operation, Jolt Squeeze moulding enhances the overall quality.
Shot Blast Machines
Shot blast machine is used to clean, finish, and prepare castings for further processing. By removing sand, scale, and surface impurities, it ensures a smooth, uniform surface finish and enhances the quality of subsequent operations like painting or machining. The shot blasting process contributes to consistent aesthetics, dimensional accuracy, and overall durability of our cast components.
In-house Grinding & Fettling
Our in-house grinding and fettling facilities ensure that castings are clean, smooth, and ready for finishing or machining. Skilled operators use advanced equipment to remove excess material, gates, risers, and surface imperfections, achieving precise dimensions and superior surface quality. This process enhance functionality, and overall quality of our cast components.
Physical & Sand Testing Facilities
Our in-house physical and sand testing facilities ensure that every casting meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Our team conducts rigorous physical tests to verify mechanical properties like hardness, tensile strength, and impact resistance, while sand testing ensures optimal mould and core properties for defect-free castings.
Pattern Making & Simulation
Our pattern making facilities are complemented by advanced casting simulation software to ensure defect-free castings & dimensional accuracy. By simulating metal flow, solidification, and potential shrinkage before production, we can optimize tooling and minimize casting defects. This integration of skilled craftsmanship & modern technology guarantees high-precision components for our clients.
CNC Machine Shop
Vishwas Overseas boasts a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop equipped with multiple VTL , VMC, and HMC. This advanced setup enables high-precision machining of complex castings, ensuring tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. With skilled operators and modern equipment, our CNC facility supports efficient production and consistent quality.
Coordinate Measuring Machine
Mitutoyo – CMM ensures precise inspection and verification of machined components. This advanced facility measures critical dimensions with high accuracy, guaranteeing that every part meets stringent tolerances and quality standards. By integrating CMM inspections into our machine shop processes, we achieve consistent dimensional accuracy, and delivery of high-quality components.
Inhouse Painting Facilities
Our in-house spray painting facilities enable the application of high-quality QD (Quick-Dry) and Epoxy paints on castings. These facilities ensure uniform coating, corrosion protection, and enhanced surface finish, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements. With precise control over paint thickness and curing processes, we deliver durable, defect-free, and components ready for end-use.
In-process Inspection
In-process inspections are conducted at every critical stage of casting and machining to ensure the highest quality standards. From melting, mould preparation, and core placement in the foundry to precision machining on CNC machines, each step is carefully monitored for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Export Worthy Packaging
At Vishwas Overseas, we ensure that every casting is delivered in export-worthy packaging designed to protect components during transit. Using robust materials, custom crates, and protective cushioning, our packaging safeguards against damage, moisture, and contamination. This meticulous attention to packaging ensures that products ready for immediate use.
Container Stuffing & Final Dispatch
At Vishwas Overseas, we handle container stuffing and final dispatch with precision and care to ensure safe and timely delivery of castings. Each component is carefully packed, secured, and loaded into containers to prevent damage during transit. Our streamlined logistics process ensures efficient shipment, adherence to client schedules, and reliable delivery to domestic and international.
