Precision-Engineered Ductile (SG) & Gray Iron Castings

At Vishwas Overseas, quality is paramount. We offer a wide range of casting grades in both ductile (SG) iron and gray iron, ensuring the right metallurgical properties for every application. Our casting capabilities span from 10 kg to 400 kg (22 lbs to 881 lbs), and each component is produced in strict accordance with EN and ASTM standards. This disciplined approach ensures consistent mechanical strength, superior durability, and reliable high-value performance in every casting we deliver.

High-Performance Nickel Alloy Castings

Ni Alloy Castings offer exceptional strength, heat resistance, and corrosion performance, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications. At Vishwas Overseas, we produce high-precision Nickel Alloy cast components with controlled chemistry and uniform microstructure to ensure reliable performance under extreme conditions. Our advanced melting and molding processes allow us to deliver dimensionally accurate, defect-free castings tailored to critical requirements across power, automotive, engineering, and high-temperature environments.

CNC Machining Facilities

Vishwas Overseas is equipped with advanced CNC machining facilities designed to deliver high-precision, production-grade components. Our machine shop features CNC turning and milling centers, supported by modern tooling, fixturing, and in-process inspection systems. With capabilities to achieve tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and consistent repeatability, we ensure every casting is machined to exact engineering specifications. Our integrated machining operations enable faster turnaround, enhanced dimensional accuracy, and reliable quality for a wide range of industrial applications.

Quality Control

At Vishwas Overseas, quality control is embedded at every stage of manufacturing. In our foundry, a fully equipped Spectrometer ensures precise chemical composition for every heat, guaranteeing consistent metallurgical properties. In the machine shop, advanced CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection enables high-accuracy dimensional verification of machined components. This integrated QC approach ensures every part meets stringent customer specifications with reliability and repeatability.
